Casa Amrita is a place for people to come and stay in a beautiful, peaceful and regenerating environment in the heart of Italy, Abruzzo. We are situated in between the sea and the mountains, in the flowing hills near Teramo.
The overall intention of Casa Amrita is to bring well being to our guests. There will be the option to take part in yoga, mindfulness and meditation classes and retreats as well as simply staying as a guest at our B&B with views on the stunning Grand Sasso mountain.

We have four beautiful and comfortable rooms for guests. In the morning we serve a fulfilling vegetarian breakfast. Yoga and meditation classes as well as professional massages are among the addition options.

Yoga & Meditation Retreats
There is a variety yoga and meditation holidays, retreats and courses offered throughout the year. They are led by Ingrid Svasti and other experienced international teachers. Teachers can also rent out Casa Amrita to offer their own retreats.
